Assessment 1 Voki & Concept Map/Graphic Organiser 15 week

Assessment 2 Part a Formative assessment 20 week
Inquiry Project Design
Use the formative proforma attached and complete the template summarising your work so far under the headings
Assessment 2 Part b Summative assessment 30 week
Inquiry Project
Using the summative proforma attached to add to the work and complete a project report of your problem max 3000 words
Assessment 3 Presentation and reflection 35 week
Multimedia presentation presented on-line or as support to a face to face presentation.
Brief presentation of report findings and detailed reflection on the projects links to the Curriculum science/SOSE concept
areas and project. -

Peer Review 2 Questions and Guidance
This is a critical time in the inquiry and may take longer. It gives the presenters more time to review and refine their project Clarifying - What was your greatest source of information so far? Do you think there is more information out there? Where are you going to go next for information? Are you collecting Qualitative or Quantitative data? How has your problem changed? (Clarifying) Probing -What has tripped you up so far? What has been the most interesting and unexpected aspect so far? What are the areas that worry you? How have the sources of knowledge shaped up? Are you happy with the quality and depth of the data you have collected? Where do you feel you go from here to complete your project ? (Probing) |
Peer Review 3 Questions and Guidance
This is the final time you will give and receive feedback. By now hopefully you will see the energy and value displayed to make your work the best it can possibly be. Clarifying - Do you feel this has given you the answer you were searching for? What audience will you present this data to? How can you make your data interesting and engaging? Can you see links to Sustainability? Probing - What do you see are the links to Sustainability? How have you answered your question? Was it a useful and valuable question to research? What tripped you up? What was great about this experience? |
